El Joe pertenece a un grupo de restaurantes que se extiende por la costa este americana.
Hay dos Joe´s en boston. Este esta en mi zona favorita de Boston, entre la commonweath avenue y la tienda Niketown. Justo en la zona mas comercial y animada.
La cocina es claramente americana, con todo el buen sabor de la costa oeste. Los raviolis de langosta, fantasticos.
El ambiente genial, sillones chester verdes, buenos manteles y un buen gusto, muy de la costa este...que lo luego se echa de menos en el resto del pais.
Un acierto.

The Liebregths family runs prefectly this french cuisine spot in a quite small street some km west of Eindhoven. Nice food and wine selection is prepared on the public eye.
My favorite is the lobby area, where you are greeted with a wine in very nice ambiance.
Not to be missed, the dessert selection. Truly remarkable. Including (by limited time) tiny sevings of the french cream brulée.
Truly worth the deviation if you are close to Eindhoven.

Menu degustación 4 courses y el wine menu correspondiente, unos 85€.
Pero no es nada formal ni estirado. muy muy agradable.
Hay menus desde 33€ sin vino.
Posiblemente de la mejor cocina francesa en Amsterdam.

I discovered the 5th during restaurant week, and it was a fixed menu for a very good price.
Need to check again on regular menu, but first impression really nice. Worth visiting.

ambiente moderno, con pantallas de plasma con muy discretas imagenes y algo de videos de classic dance de los 80s.
la carta muy completa y variada.con bastante pescado, y los postres prometen.

Reference Japanese rest in Eindhoven
Features a full floor dedicated to Teppanyaki, and an additional one for Sushi, with the classice moving carpet for self service.
The Teppanyaki guys (mixed dutch and jap guys), are a bit into show cooking, which is good entertainment.

Jut a bit off the tourist beaten path in A´dam, but what a great place.
Great for dinner, drinks or a nite out dancing.
We had a work dinner, and we just loved it. Attention goes to the funky visuals, that are (supposedly) innovative art pieces.
The menu book is worth checking it!
PS: it is just next blook to our new office ;)
