You can upload pictures and videos of the places you’ve saved to your 11870.com page. We’re sure others will appreciate how helpful it is to have a visual on a place or service you’re interested in!

Whenever you save a place or service, you’ll find the possibility of adding pictures and videos to the page, among other things.

If you want to add pictures or videos to a place or service that you’ve already saved in the past, all you need to do is got to the page for it and click on “edit”.

If you know of videos from youtube or vimeo related to a service, you can add them to it’s 11870.com page: simply select the add video option and paste in the original URL from any of those sites.

We support the most common image formats: JPG, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, BMP, EPS, PSD… and GIF as well, though we still don’t support animated GIFs. If you do upload an animated GIF note that it will display as a static image on 11870.com. The pictures can be up to 10 MB in size and you can upload a maximum of 20 per service.

For videos, you can add MPEG, MP4, AVI, 3GP, WMV… pretty much most formats except for MOV. The maximum size allowed for each video is 100 MB and each user may upload a maximum of 10 per service.

Apart from viewing your pictures and videos on the page for the place or service itself, you can see all of them by clicking on the “pictures and videos” tab from your page.

You can do a lot of things with pictures and videos on 11870.com, whether you’re on you own page or looking at what other users have uploaded.

• Send to a friend: if you see a picture or video you like or find interesting and would like to share it with a friend, you can send it to them by clicking on “send to a friend” The link’s under the image! You’ll have to type in the e-mail for the friend (or friends) that you want to send it to. You’ll also be able to send them a message along with the image.
• Mark as inappropriate: though there’s a team of people on 11870.com keeping an eye out for unsuitable or offensive content, it’s possible that you could run into something they haven’t seen yet or overlooked. If you find an image or video offensive, insulting or inappropriate, click on the phrase “mark as inappropriate” and let us know what’s wrong with the picture or video. We’ll check it as soon as possible and get back to you, apart from taking the necessary steps to eliminate the offending image if it’s necessary.

To edit or remove the pictures and videos you’ve uploaded to 11870.com, you’ll have to choose to edit the service they’re associated with.

Adding a video from 11870.com to your blog or website is easy! Go to the page for the video you like and copy the code from the gray box underneath it. Then paste it into your website or blog.
