Like many traditional Korean restaurants, Seoul serves plenty of kimchi -- spicy, pickled cabbage -- as well as pickled cucumbers, seaweed and bean sprouts. Try the muhl nang myun: buckwheat noodles served in a chilled beef broth -- perfect for the summer months.
