they make dry-cleaning feel like twice the hassle
I wouldn't trust them with anything I needed urgently, or that I would mind losing.
The last time I left an item with them I got it back 3 days late. They never seem to give you a receipt and the prices are not visibly displayed anywhere... Plus once I went there in the middle of the day (noon!) and they'd closed the shop w/o an explanation.
The employees are nice, but I feel tired just going in there...
