FresCo is a chain of restaurants, the safest bet for a vegetarian with an appetite from wandering the streets of Madrid or Barcelona. Their salad bar is well stocked, though the rest of the food (pizza, pasta, desserts...) is barely passable. Still, it's all you can eat for a reasonable price.
