Excellent location. In the embassies area, which means that you don rarely get cut off of power. Very safe and relaxing (I was waken up every morning by a cock!).
Two sisters, who are marvelous, run the whole thing.
Between 15 and 35 dollars per night. A bit pricey in Asian terms, but compared to the available options in Myanmar, this place is Heaven.
