I love this place to eat while in London. It is a bar & food at the 5th floor of Waterstone's bookshop in Picadilly Circus. The views are nice, the food is OK. It is a great place to go right after buying some books. Enjoy the nice view. It is a small place though.

Well located. Speak Spanish. Convenient (nearby 3 tube stations: Bayswater, Lancaster Gate, Queensway). Affordable. Safe area. Single rooms are too small, but cheap. Upgrade them for a really nice room (London standards). Nearby Paddington station (convenient if you are flying to Heathrow and taking the Heathrow Express).

The Shaw Library (or Founders Room)

Una de las universidades más importantes europeas, situada cerca de Covent Garden. En la sexta planta del Old Building (el edificio principal) está The Shaw's Library, donde se puede leer y escuchar música clásica mientras se estudia. No sé si ahora te dejan pasar sin ser ex-alumno, pero el sitio transmite una paz increible.

It has a pleasant ambience, comfortable armchairs and is a haven of retreat for many (although not intended for serious study by students).
