What's up with the categories and tags?

Categories are like folders where you can save and organize your services in order to find them quicker. Tags are useful to help you to classify your places, and to help others find them more easily while searching.

I've added a service and there's no map. How do I get a map?

The map should appear automatically, but don't worry if it doesn't. We have a team dedicated to finding each place or service, and if there isn't a map they will add it within a few days.

I made a mistake with the info I provided for a service. How do I edit it?

You can't modify a place or service's basic info (address, telephone, or website), but don't worry. We check all services and confirm that the info is correct. You can also drop us a line and let us know what's wrong.

I want to save services, but I don't want anyone to see them. How do I do that?

Easy, when you save any place or service you can choose the level of visibility and privacy of your review: public, only for contacts or private.

I don't know anyone around here, what can I do? :-(

On 11870.com you can search for and invite your friends from some social networks, or you can invite anybody you want. You can also search the profiles of other users that have services in common with you or whose reviews you like. We're sure you'll find some interesting people :-)
