Queen of Hearts

This is probably one of the most popular student nights outside of the city centre. During term time this place is full of students from Manchester Uni as the halls of residence are across the road and many stydents live in this area - Fallowfield. (Out of term time this place is also very popular with locals.)

Entry is cheaper with a student card or a ´Yellow Card´ and this can be bought for 1/2 pounds from the bar and gets a discount on drinks and entry in all ´Scream Bars.´ The music if often a variety with a bit of RnB, Dance, Indie and Cheese. Drinks are slightly cheaper then any major club in the city centre and there is usually special offers on certain bottles or Vodka and Lemon Fanta.

Although the place is quite small and more like a large bar with music (or a bar de copas in Spain) there is always a good student atmosphere.

(Sometimes they are strict with i.d and will only let students in, but at weekends they often let non students in if they are with a student or have a Yellow Card.)
