Next to the National Museum. The owner I believe is Swiss. Great service. There is a weekly menu, excellent, for 8 US$. They accept credit cards, no matter the amount you spend.

The setting is tranquil and lush with greenery all around and soft lighting at night. The menu is eclectic, hovering between Asian classics and European delights, all artfully prepared and presented.
