Wera Bed & Breakfast

We were looking for a place where to sleep near Porvoo. This bed and breakfast (50 euros the double room including breakfast) is at 12 km from Porvoo in the middle of the countryside. The owner was a really nice lady who works as a nurse and who loves cats and dogs. The house is a country house with two floors. The top one is the area for the guests. It has three rooms with a shared bathroom. However we were alone, so the bathroom was all for ourselves as well. The building has been refurbished in october 2008 and is fantastically cosy, well decorated and cheerful. White painted wood panels, extremely clean and well endowed small kitchen with fridge full of goodies to prepare your own breakfast, speckless bathroom with hair dryer, bedrooms with a nice space (ours was a three bedroom place in fact), small balcony open to the country where to smoke, climalit + extra state of the art windows, -2 degrees C outside (it was april) and 20 degrees inside, a shared living room in the upper floor where you can feel totally at home, with a laptop with free internet conection, a flat Bravia Sony TV, light coming out from all the windows and balconies, peace...
To find it you have to drive a little bit further up from HInthaara. One you pass a pub in your right it is about three km away and you will find it in your left. It took us a bit to find it.
