Vingerklip Lodge: nice place, but the service is disappointing
The Vingerklip Lodge is a very nice place in the heart of an ancient and misterious wind-sculpted rock valley.
It's the ideal place for those who wants to live the nature's sight at first hand. Amazing!
The rooms are clear, well cared and panoramic. The lodge furnish 2 swimming pools and - for the most reckless people - the "dizzy" Eagles Nest Restaurant high above the Lodge on the Ugab Terraces reachable within 10 min. walking.
Dispite that quality level of the service doesn't match up with the structure (for example, they didn't make a bed next day and didn't change towels), neither the food (so flat, and no choice for vegetarians).
I recommend excursions to Twyfelfontein and Pietrified forest managed by the lodge's guide (Walter). Very qualified!

Mushara Outposts: raffinatezza selvaggia
Dopo un safari entusiasmante (e stancante) nelle immensità dell'Etosha
riposare a in questo lodge sarà ancora più sbalorditivo..
Ad appena 8km di distanza da Lindenqvist Gate, estremità est del parco, c'è il Mushara Outposts con i suoi splendidi chalets tendati.
Questo posto ha una raffinatezza selvaggia, in armonia con l'ambiente circostante e, allo stesso tempo, in grado di soddisfare una clientela attenta al comfort, alla sicurezza e al benessere.
Da questo punto di vista al Mushara non manca assolutamente nulla, dalla piscina, alla splendida dining area, a una piccola ma ben fornita libreria tematica.
La cucina, di buon livello, propone piatti internazionali che pero accusano un che di teutonico nel gusto :-(. Le colazioni sono una meraviglia (anche perchè a base di frutta) e il servizio è impeccabile.
